Dress for Success launches the Empower HER Project

Dress for Success Jamaica recently launches the Empower HER Project.

Commencing in April, the programme will be targeting new graduates, unemployed and under-employed individuals. The DFSJ Empower Her initiative will provide some 30 women with soft-skills training to further their personal and professional development.

The Empower Her Program provides unemployed/underemployed women with a valuable set of tools to gain economic independence by providing a roadmap to essential skills, tools and knowledge to support personal and professional development. Participants are exposed to a range of practical tools and strategies to support transition into the world of work and/or entrepreneurship. The specific goal is to enhance and improve economic independence.

Dress for Success Jamaica is elated to begin working with the women that come through their doors and providing personal and private development in support of their job search journey.
