Dress for Success Jamaica provides professional clothing, compassionate support, and transformative experiences for at-risk women and those living below the poverty line seeking to provide for themselves and their families to enable them to contribute as members and leaders of their community and to the wider society.

We envision Dress for Success Jamaica to be the catalyst in transforming the lives of disadvantaged women to enable them to self-actualized and to contribute positively to the growth and global development of Jamaica.
Meet our Executive Director
Charmaine Lewis
Charmaine spent several years honing her skills in managing various team-driven projects and gaining competence in human resources, compensation and benefits, management of inventory/resources and information technology. Charmaine is a champion of service excellence and believes developing great relationships is key to one's success. As an experienced Administrator, she immerses herself into all her projects as she is determined to leave a legacy of strong work ethics and efficiency in all her corporate endeavours.
Charmaine Lewis is passionate about helping and inspiring people to develop and realise their full potential as evidenced by her work as Founder of the Jamaican chapter of Dress for Success. Armed with the skills gained in being certified in Image Consulting by the London Image Institute, she has assisted many constituents at the leading universities, Community Colleges, High Schools to refine their image and has conducted orientation training sessions for corporate teams. She has also conducted training with HEART Trust NTA for participants graduating from their Job Readiness programme and preparing for internship opportunities.
Charmaine is always ready to connect on new projects and is passionate about the empowerment of Jamaican women and their personal and professional development.
